Imaginary battles in imaginary landscapes! The images in this album were almost all shot and edited during The Year of Isolation (2020) and thus, fully made at home. They're personal projects created with the intention of learning more about compositing techniques and dramatic perspectives.

Samus v Synth - the synthetic human faces off against Nintendo's fiercest bounty hunter!

105mm macro lens; shot in Capture One, compiled in Helicon Focus, and edited in PS. The resulting merged composite was so large (4.5 gb) that I had to split the edits into two files just to add the visual effects (which resulted in another 4 gb file).

The image that started everything. Shot outdoors during an overcast day, just before the government banned the use of public parks and their amenities.
